I grew up in an environment endearing and traditionally hospitality
The family of Artur owned Good Taste, a simple bar founded by his grandparents in 1952, in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Terrassa (Barcelona). In the early 70’s their parents are in charge of the business and complement the simple culinary offer with a store of chickens to l Ast and takeaway meals.
It grows in an environment endearing and traditional hospitality. After studying cooking and work early as a teacher and as the executive chef, in 2002, he decides to transform the old bar family in a small gourmet restaurant: Capritx
Little to much if you see in the limit of a challenge
Capritx was case only. Unrepeatable. For years, the Michelin star smaller of Europe. And without doubt, the most destitute. The limited resources allowed the technical possibilities, but accentuated wit. Artur not only overcame the lack, but that made her a style. With a tiny and devoid cuisine, explored and reached a recognized uniqueness of cuisine. Pioneers in the bet on the territory vallesano, the sustainability, the wines of minimal intervention or by a team structure minimum among others, in August of 2017, and at its best, she decides to put point and followed. Without evolution there is decay. And its particular history deserved to deepen without limits your own speech.
In February 2019 is born Aürt in Barcelona.
